Your Order Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation deadline is 14 days from the date You received the Goods or when a third party (not the carrier) appointed by You took possession of the Goods.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Non-returnable Goods

We cannot accept returns for the following:

  • Goods not suitable for return due to their nature, rapid deterioration, or expiry.
  • Goods that are unsealed and not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons.
  • Goods that were mixed inseparably with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless otherwise required by law.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the returned Goods or proof of delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to You, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be sent to the gift giver.
